Forefront Capital Management is run by a team of seasoned professionals specializing in quantitative investing.
Nalin Moniz, CFA, Director
Prior to co-founding Forefront Capital Management, Nalin was a portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs Asset
Management in New York, USA. As a member of the Quantitative Investment Strategies
team, he researched, built and traded quantitative market neutral and directional
models for developed and emerging equities, bonds and credit.
His research also included global asset allocation and liquidity and market
risk management. Nalin graduated magna cum laude from the Management and Technology program at the Wharton School (University
of Pennsylvania) with a B.S. in Economics (Finance, Statistics) and a B.S.E. in
Computer Engineering. He graduated as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and a Joseph
Wharton Scholar and was the winner of the Computer Science department’s research
prize for his senior thesis on localized web search algorithms. Nalin is a CFA charterholder.
Anant Jatia, Director
Prior to co-founding Forefront Capital Management, Anant was a portfolio manager
at AQR Capital Management,
a twenty billion dollar asset management firm in Greenwich (Connecticut), USA. As a member of the Global Stock Selection team,
Anant researched and built systematic stock selection and sector selection models for developed and emerging equity markets.
He created and successfully traded new global strategies based on stock loan and short interest information, as well as dividend
signaling strategies in Europe. He also managed and traded multi-billion dollar long-short, relaxed constraints, and long-only
equity portfolios across developed and emerging markets. Anant graduated cum laude from the Management and Technology Program
at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) with a B.S. in Economics (Finance, Management) and a B.S.E in Computer Engineering.
Radhika Gupta, Director
Prior to co-founding Forefront Capital Management, Radhika was a portfolio manager
at AQR Capital Management,
a twenty billion dollar asset management firm in Greenwich (Connecticut), USA. As a member of the Global Asset Allocation team,
Radhika built quantitative models to trade developed and emerging equities, currencies, and fixed income. Radhika has managed
multi-billion dollar international accounts for AQR’s high net worth individual and institutional clients, including pension funds,
endowments, fund of funds, and governments. Prior to joining AQR, Radhika was with McKinsey & Company, working on strategy
consulting with Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, software, and pharmaceutical industries. Radhika graduated summa
cum laude from the Management and Technology Program at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) with a B.S. in Economics
(Finance, Management) and a B.S.E in Computer Engineering. She was a Joseph Wharton Scholar, as well as a recipient of the
Alice Paul Award & the Faculty Appreciation Award for outstanding contribution to the university.
